By "Opting In" to or using the Text Message Service (as defined below) from Ranch Avenue Owners Association, you accept these Terms & Conditions.
This agreement is between you and Ranch Avenue Owners Association ("we," "our," or "us"), Ranch Avenue Village, Citrus Heights, CA.
1. Definitions
"Opting In," "Opt In," and "Opt-In" refer to requesting, joining, agreeing to, enrolling in, signing up for, acknowledging, responding to, or otherwise consenting to receive one or more text messages from Ranch Avenue Owners Association.
"Text Message Service" includes any arrangement or situation in which we send one or more messages addressed to your mobile phone number, including text messages (such as SMS, MMS, or successor protocols or technologies).
2. Consenting to Text Messaging
By consenting to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Text Messaging Terms and Conditions, as well as our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference.
3. E-Sign Disclosure
By agreeing to receive text messages, you also consent to the use of an electronic record to document your agreement. You may withdraw your consent to the use of the electronic record at any time by replying STOP.
4. Program Description
By opting into the Ranch Avenue Owners Association messaging service, you agree to receive recurring text messages from us. These may include maintenance notifications, dues notifications, HOA community updates, and customer support responses.
5. Message Frequency
You can typically expect to receive up to 5 messages per month. Message frequency may vary based on HOA activity and your interactions with us.
6. Message & Data Rates
Ranch Avenue Owners Association does not charge you for messages sent or received through this service. However, standard message and data rates may apply from your wireless provider. Ranch Avenue Owners Association is not responsible for any charges incurred from receiving or sending text messages.

8. Opt-Out Instructions
You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. After we receive your opt-out request, we will send you a one-time confirmation text to confirm you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, simply sign up again as you did initially.
9. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. We only use information you provide through this service to transmit your mobile messages and respond to you. Mobile opt-in information and consumer data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
